3 partnership models

Choose the level of visibility and involvement that fits your client base.

Model 1 — White-Label Reseller

Our delivery team stays invisible. The MSP keeps 60–70% of AI revenue with a minimum of 3 client deployments in 6 months.

Model 2 — Co-Brand Joint Venture

Both brands are visible, go-to-market is shared, and new AI revenue is split 50/50. Best for vertical specialists such as legal IT or healthcare IT.

Model 3 — Referral + Delivery

The MSP refers, we deliver, and the MSP earns a 15–20% referral fee. Lowest-friction entry.

The acquisition path

Every partnership includes a right of first refusal on acquisition at a pre-agreed formula. If you decide to exit in the next 3 years, we're the first call.
